  • You’ll receive a report and we’ll discuss a potential list price based on recent sales in your area and your home’s condition.

  • Once you choose a target list price, we’ll draft up the paperwork and get to work! Now that we have an agreement in place, our team is empowered to provide skill & care as we prepare your property for sale.

  • We’ll give you a complete customized punch list and start knocking out projects together. Your agent will begin coordinating contractors, staging, and more while you take care of some pre-listing packing.

  • Our media team will stop by for a few hours and shoot all of our marketing pieces — photo, video, and the social media pieces!

  • Your listing will hit the MLS and showings will begin! We’ll plaster your home on social media and use targeted ads to get your property in front of the right audience!
